"Great local company who try to ensure that your build goes as smoothly as possible for you. For a small fee (well worth it) you can pay a building control company who work with no1 so you don’t have to get involved with any of planning side of things. As with all new relationships we had to find our rhythm with communication. The lads were really nice and did their best to respect that although it was a building site we were still living here. They were also able to offer advice; special shout out to both Nick’s and Liam. Also the Electrican, Andy.
They went the extra mile for us when we wanted some extra plastering doing but couldn’t immediately afford it as it would be over budget; offering a pay later option which meant we could get the build finished as we wanted - special thanks to Matt and Chandra."

When you plan on building an extension finding a good builder who you can trust is important.
You need to know they will take care of your home. We decided to use Matt, Nick and the team at No1 extension after a recommendation from a friend.
They have done a wraparound extension and converted a garage into an office. I can honestly say the were a delight to work with. They carried much of the work while we still lived there and they did everything to accommodate us being there.
Their workmen are a credit to them and nothing was too much trouble. Any issues or problems were solved without any fuss, and the quality of workmanship was first class.
